“Kissin 92.5 Hot or Not” video scratch & win Contest Rules:
1. How to Enter the Contest:
a. The “Kissin 92.5 Hot or Not” video scratch & win contest will begin on May 27, 2017 at 8am and end on September 4, 2017 at 7pm.
Contestants will listen to Kissin 92.5 for the weekly “Hot or Not” contest time and location to be announced on air. Designated locations will include Indigo Sky Casino and various sub sponsor’s place of business. The number of plays at each location will be limited and contestants will play on a first come first serve basis upon forming a line in the game play area .
b. Limit one (1) play per person at each weekly location. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Kissin 92.5 and Zimmer Radio, Inc.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:
a. The contest is open to all eligible Kissin 92.5 listeners and contest sponsor customers who are 18 years of age or older. The following are ineligible to participate in the contest and/or claim a prize award: All current employees, officers, and directors of Zimmer Radio, Inc, Indigo Sky Casino, various sub sponsors, and Odds On Promotions, their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, successors or assigns, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.
b. Listeners are eligible to win a Kissin 92.5 contest only once every thirty days. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest. (See KSYN General Contest Rules at www. ksyn925.com)

a. Grand Prize: USD: $100,000. A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be awarded. If the one (1) available grand prize is won in accordance with these rules, the contest will officially end at the time the grand prize is won.
b. Grand prize is provided by Zimmer Radio, Inc in association with Odds On Promotions.
c. Grand prize winner must accept delivery as instructed by Zimmer Radio Inc. All other prizes or prize certificates will be distributed at the weekly event location upon winning. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.
d. Contest prizes are not transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed, except at Zimmer Radio, Inc’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Zimmer Radio, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
e. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize.
4. Selection and Notification of Winners:
a. Decisions of Zimmer Radio, Inc. management with respect to the contest are final.
b. The weekly number of eligible contestants will be given the opportunity to attempt to win the grand prize by performing as follows:
i. Upon direction of the Contest Administrator, the contestant may begin. Touching the “Touch Here To Start” button and six (6) locations on the grid of the game causing “Red Dot” symbols or “Sorry” symbols to be unveiled will constitute a play.
ii. If all six locations reveal Red Dots the contestant qualifies to win the grand prize. The award of the grand prize must be determined in accordance with the guidelines established herein and the contestant must be the first to have achieved this result.
iii. Other prizes are awarded to contestants who reveal various other numbers of Red Dots as noted in the Schedule of Prizes in section 3 above.
iv. Limit one (1) entry per person at each weekly location..
c. All video scratch and win attempts must occur in the presence of the Contest Administrator. Any video scratch and win attempt not in the presence of the Contest Administrator, for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for a grand prize, regardless of outcome.
d. Grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by Odds on Promotions whose decisions are final and binding. A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the display or prize receipt should so indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the random number generator and memory logs of the promotion software, and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction
e. The odds of winning the contest once selected as an official contestant are:

5. Conditions:
a. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
b. Grand prize winner will be required to complete and return a W-9 form, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s). Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Odds On Promotions, Indigo Sky Casino and all subsponsers, Kissin 92.5/Zimmer Radio, Inc., its licensee, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize.
c. Kissin 92.5/Zimmer Radio, Inc reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Zimmer Radio, Inc. management.
d. No purchase is necessary. Purchases of sponsor products and/or services do not increase chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Zimmer Radio, Inc.
f. Zimmer Radio, Inc. is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
g.
